As a volunteer at Volunteer & Surf this was the most enthralling volunteer and adventure experience I could imagine. I recently had the pleasure of leading a group down for the last stages of their playground construction in March of 2011. The projects local knowledge and connection to the community is inspiring and we felt very in touch with our volunteer experience by construction the playground and teaching the local school children. The experience with the project included daily surf lessonsand by the second day I was riding the waves in by myself. I am an adventure seeker so I was really pumped to go zip lining, caving with bats, snorkeling, and kayaking around the bay.
